Good. Fast. Cheap. Pick Two. Unless…

Highest Quality.

Shortest Lead Times.

Best Value.

This is USA Manufacturing Poetry in Motion.

Good. Fast. Cheap. Pick Two.

That’s the iron triangle of manufacturing.

From day one, we’ve never been willing to sacrifice quality. Anything worth doing is worth doing well, and we’ve built RiG’d on that belief. But to be honest trying to uphold the absolute highest quality, keep up with demand, and continue to have a reasonable price point felt impossible.

Quality Costs More

While we’ve always worked hard to offer the best value possible, we’ve never set out to be "cheap". We're in this for the long haul, that means investing in people and processes that hold up for decades to come. The cost is beyond just buying equipment and hiring people, it's being willing to reject the short-term easier solutions for much harder and much riskier ways of fully solving the problem.

Slow is Slow. Until it's Fast.

If we’re being honest, speed has been our most painful limitation. For years, we simply couldn’t make parts fast enough to keep up with demand. That meant backorders with long lead times. And in turn, meant not seeing the full results of all we've worked to build.

Unlocking the Trifecta

So last year, we took a huge risk. We brought all of our manufacturing in-house. Our team pulled off what honestly felt impossible. In 6 months we created a full-fledged manufacturing operation built to scale with demand all while improving quality and pricing.

Now, we’re making the highest-quality products we’ve ever produced, with shorter lead times than ever before, and at the lowest prices we’ve ever offered.

When you commit to doing good work, refuse to compromise, and stay true to the process, the results are worth it.

We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Thank You

Thank you for supporting U.S. manufacturing, and small businesses like ours that exist to do good work. The joy is in the journey, and we're stoked to have you rambling with us into this next year.

Happy trails,

-The RiG’d Supply Team
