UltraSwing Buying Guide

Step 1: Vehicle Fitment

Use our vehicle fitment finder. Note: if you have an aftermarket bumper or hitch, fill out this form to make sure the UltraSwing® is compatible.

Once you'd selected the right UltraSwing fit for your rig, it's time to load it up. Here's a breakdown of all the ways to turn your UltraSwing into the ultimate trail companion:

Carrying Bikes:

If you plan to use an existing bike rack you own, use the WobNot hitch extension to clear the spare tire and allow your bike rack to be used with no interference.

If you want to use our RambleRack bike rack, this is what you need. You can select single bike or 2-bike options.

Towing:

The UltraSwing has been tow rated to meet US and Australian standards. Learn more about safe towing practices here.

Camp Tables:

For camp tables you have two options, both can be found here.

UltraTable is just big enough for a standard 2-burner Coleman style stove.MegaTable is large enough for that table, plus room for a JetBoil, some prep space, etc.

Cargo Racks:

If you don’t already own a cargo rack, we’re big fans of using thePAKMULE hitch carrier. But if you already have one, most will work with UltraSwing. Note the total weight limit in the swinging receiver should not exceed 150 lbs of gear.

Carrying Fuel/Water:

You can carry fuel/water with the use of theSideHack which can hold Rotopax on the back, and theJerryRig if you’d like to use a 5-gallon jerry can.

Other add-ons to consider:

The SKEP skid-plate/step is a great addition to protect the UltraSwing’s lower tow-rated receiver and provides a super safe step to get into the back of your rig or step up to access your roof rack, tent, or camper.

Don’t forget a hitch pin too.
