Cutting Parts and Making Sparks

What’s the status of my order? Can you explain why this is taking so long? Is everything okay? These are the questions we’ve been getting as of late. Long lead teams, extra delays, limited answers for updated timelines.

Why? Well to start, in the last two weeks half of the RiG’d building has transformed from an empty warehouse to a manufacturing shop making sparks and cutting parts.

Fully Committed.

There’s a point where we had to jump off and commit to doing things the way they need to be done from here on out. And unfortunately our business wasn’t in a position to stockpile inventory through the old manufacturing flows before making this jump.

Sending it into the void.

What we’re in right now is the gap between sending it off that lip that is fully in-house manufacturing, and the landing of having your parts finished and ready to send.

There’s a long road ahead of us, but it’s beyond fulfilling to be actually making sparks on parts in our own building. And this means your orders are shipping soon. To all our patient customers, all we can say is THANK YOU for your patience and support.

RiG’d Mfg. is happening. It’s been such a journey to get here. This is just the beginning.
