The Path to Pro | RambleSwing Pro Preorder Update

The first RambleSwing® Pro's are coming out of weld and soon to be headed off to powder coat!

If you were one of the first to go Pro back in April, expect to see tracking within the next two weeks! We hope to be catching up with the initial preorders and fulfilling most open orders within the next three weeks.

Everything starts with sticks. 

USA tubes ready for cutting. All tubes are not created equal. Tube has a high degree of variance and when using tube to create a highly precise fit product like RambleSwing® Pro, each tube must be hand measured and verified to meet our tolerances before use.

All cut conditions are not created equal. 

In many cases the tolerances we hold on RambleSwing were previously impossible without adding additional steps of machining (which we often did). With the right refinement, almost machine level tolerances can be achieved.

It's a Flywheel

Starting manufacturing for a new product is like spinning up a flywheel. It takes a tremendous amount of upfront effort and energy to get it moving—but with the right systems and processes in place, once momentum builds, it begins to sustain itself and accelerate.
