Why the long lead times and additional delays? The future of RiG'd manufacturing

The current reality.

If you've ordered an UltraSwing® recently, you may have noticed longer lead times. In a few cases we've even gone a few weeks past that already long lead time estimate before fulfilling the order. We're not proud of this.

Why the delays?

RiG'd has experienced increasing delays in production. Thus, we’ve made the decision to position our manufacturing capabilities to meet our growing demand and be better equipped for the future. Since the start of our production journey in 2018 we’ve always battled our lead times in relation to demand. We’ve known there are ways to accelerate our production output and reduce lead times, but these improvements take time and money to implement. Heading into this next year, we know it’s now or never to step into the next phase of growth for our manufacturing, and we've committed "full-send" on the tools necessary to meet demand moving forward.

The future is bright.

We’re excited to share more specifics of what exactly this means for RiG’d in the coming weeks and months. We can assure you the future of RiG’d is bright and the investments into our new era of USA manufacturing have already begun. We apologize for the current delays and look forward to the next chapter.
