Due to high volume, please allow up to 72 hours for an order status update. The ETAs listed on our website are generally accurate, and we’re working hard to stay on schedule.
If your order is still within the initial posted lead time, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting additional updates. We’re a very small team, and every status check we answer takes time away from fulfilling orders—possibly even yours.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you selected local pickup, we’ll reach out with a calendar link to schedule your pickup and/or installation.
