For the Long Haul:

At RiG’d Supply, we’ve always been committed to offering the best experience possible—not for a quick cash grab, but for the long haul. We’re here because we believe in creating high-quality products that stand the test of time.

Free Delivery and a Campfire:

When we first started taking pre-orders for the UltraSwing®, things were a bit… unconventional. Our CEO, Luke, personally hand-delivered the first few units to a camp zone five hours from our shop because we didn’t even have boxes yet! A handful of customers were excited enough to meet up, camp out, and have their UltraSwings installed while gazing out to the snow capped peaks of the Eastern Sierra. Although we can’t quite do that for every order (Death Valley tours are hard to fit into production schedules), our goal is to keep providing that personal touch even as we scale.

The growing demand for our products is humbling. It’s a reflection of the trust you, our customers, place in us, and we’re so grateful to have you along for the ride.

The Challenge of High Demand:

As our business grows, keeping up with the demand of our loyal customers can be tough—especially with a small team. Limited resources, time constraints, and the constant need to maintain the highest quality standards make it challenging. But here’s the thing: we won’t sacrifice quality for speed. We know we can make it right, even if it means taking a little extra time. And for us, that’s always been worth it.

In-house manufacturing has been a game-changer. We’ve recently made some exciting improvements to our facility, giving us more control over every aspect of production. This increased flexibility allows us to make sure that every product meets the high standards our customers expect.

The Power of a Small, Committed Team:

One of the biggest advantages of being a small team is the deep care and passion that goes into each product. Everyone on our team treats every unit like it’s going on their own truck, because, honestly, we feel that way. We’re invested in each product as if it were our own.

Innovation and Efficiency in Production:

Efficiency is key when scaling, and our team constantly looks for ways to improve production processes while maintaining craftsmanship. Our recent investment in robotic welding alongside our skilled hand welders is a perfect example. Robots are excellent for repetitive tasks, while skilled hands are necessary for intricate, high-precision work. This combination ensures that we get the best of both worlds—efficiency without compromising quality.

We’ve also introduced more streamlined workflows to ensure that every step of production is optimized, and we’ve embraced new tools and technologies that allow us to continue innovating, even under pressure.

Staying Connected with Customers:

Despite the growing demand, we’re committed to ensuring that our customers’ expectations are always met—or exceeded. That means being transparent about lead times and offering personalized customer support. We know how important it is to keep our community in the loop, especially when things are moving fast.

When customers reach out to us, they aren’t just talking to a customer service rep—they’re connecting with a team member (or likely a co-founder) who understands the product and cares about delivering the best experience possible.

Committed to USA Manufacturing:

At the heart of it all, though, is our commitment to supporting U.S. manufacturing. It’s never felt more important or gratifying to be making high-quality parts right here in the USA.

Happy Trails:

We can’t thank you enough for your support and patience. This ain't same-day Amazon, but we like it that way. What we do offer is a personal, dedicated approach, and a commitment to making products that will last. We love hearing about the adventures you’re planning and the rigs you’re building with our products—here’s to many more rambles ahead!
