UltraSwing 4-Stage Powder Coat

For all the salty dogs. The UltraSwing® now features a 4-stage powder coat finish. This includes a chemical wash, bead blast, zinc-rich primer, and powder coat.

From the beginning we've always strived to offer the best powder coat possible. Over time we've refined our process and continued to add steps to keep everything we make holding up for as long as possible.

No powder coat lasts forever, but with regular maintenance of cleaning and touching up any trail scratches you may attain, you can be sure the UltraSwing will hold up to even the saltiest of rambles. Every environment is different, and just like a good wetsuit, you have to treat it right for it to hold up for as long as possible.
