The UltraSwing™ Hitch Carrier for 4th and 5th Gen 4Runner was designed from the ground up around this vehicle platform. To accommodate these 4Runner's ultra-short hitch and match the body lines as perfect as possible, we decided to make this first version of the UltraSwing 4th and 5th Gen 4Runner-specific. With an adjustable tire carrier mount for up to 35” tires and an off-set swing out hitch for bike racks and other accessories, the UltraSwing is purpose-built to carry all your rig’s essentials.

    Best Made Rig

Fantastic. Worked perfectly. Made from hefty metal, nothing flimsy about it. Gave us a huge amount of extra room in the wheel well to store our gear. Could not be happier.

    Great!

I am very happy with my UltraSwing! I just returned from my first trip using it and it worked great! Feels like it is a part of your truck, you do not really notice is back there. Great set up for my camp stove and kitchen area with the drop down table. Very happy with it overall!

    Solid Carrier

The install was as simple as expected. I do think it would be cool if they just included a little packet of lithium grease for the wedge. I don't have much application for it so getting the $5 tube seemed wasteful (although still cheap). From word of mouth I can confirm the quality of this carrier. Given the material, craftsmanship, and being made in the US I believe the price for this is fair.
